Delivery Schedules 

Normal delivery time is 7-14 working days. 

Selected products marked ‘in stock’ are manufacturer supplied and delivery schedules may vary, if in doubt please contact us for confirmation prior to placing an order.

All the delivery timescales are estimates. 

Our purchasing team will keep you fully updated on the progress of your order via email should there be any delays on your delivery. 

Selected products are supplied directly from the manufacturer, in these cases extended delivery times may apply, feel free to contact us to confirm a delivery schedule. 

Delivery Location 

Items are delivered to the address listed on the initial order and unless specified are delivered to the door. Certain manufacturer delivered items are delivered to the intended room of use, these are confirmed within the product listing prior to ordering. 

Delivery Charges – mainland UK 

Orders £100.00 and over – Standard (DPD) 1-2 Working Days – FREE 

Orders below £100.00 – Standard (DPD) 1-2 Working Days – £6.95 

Delivery Charges – other locations 

We can only provide furniture delivery services to mainland UK postcodes. 

We offer International shipping and quote on a request only basis. We are not liable for any additional import fees or taxes. 

All orders have a £8.95 delivery charge for Highlands and Northern Ireland locations.
